Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for records in pursuant to the impugned letter issued by the third respondent in proceedings in Na.Ka.No.92/2015/E1 dated 27.11.2015 and Na.Ka.No..3437/2015/E1 dated 07.12.2015 and to quash the same.
