ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.S.Kingston Jerold, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Prayer in the writ petition is for a direction against respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the fifth respondent based on the petitioner's representations dated 11.03.2024 and 12.03.2024.

3. Within a few days of giving representations, the writ petition is filed. Writ petition cannot be filed as a matter of course.

4. Learned Standing counsel for respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, submits that the representations given by the petitioner would be decided on their own merits, preferably within six months.

5. In view of the above statement, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (S.V.G., CJ.)
