ORDER
The Writ Petitioner in his affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition in Para 5 stated as hereunder:
"5.It is submitted that aggrieved over the said punishment I approached this Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.3929 of 2011 and after hearing this Hon'ble High Court was pleased to set aside the punishment and remitted back to authorities by an order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 30.01.2017".
2.Admittedly, the order of punishment was set aside and the matter was remitted back for reconsideration. Therefore, the disciplinary authority has to reconsider the entire issue and take a decision with regard to the imposition of punishment including the consideration of treating the period of suspension. In this view of the matter, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, there is no order as to costs.
