These petitions have been preferred to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 7th respondent; to set aside the abatement; and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent on record, i.e., proposed respondent nos.10 and 11, in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

Mr.S.Sandeep, learned counsel, has filed vakalat on behalf of the proposed respondent nos.10 and 11, the legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent.

In view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition to condone the delay, CMP.No.9713 of 2019 is ordered and consequently, CMP.Nos.9715 and 9720 of 2019 also stand ordered.
