Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent relating to Proc.D.Dis.No.22244/2001/M2, dated 27.06.2002, quash the same and issue consequential directions to revise and advance the date of regularisation of services in the post of Accountant from 13.03.1975 to 24.09.1974 and to fix her inter-se seniority accordingly with all consequential benefits. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is not eligible on the crucial date as she was not qualified the required qualification.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
