2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the respondent that the order of the Writ Court, against which the present contempt petition has been filed, has been appealed before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, along with an application in C.M.P.No.17532 of 2022 to condone the delay in filing the Writ Appeal.
3. Hence, it would not be appropriate for this Court to parallely continue with the contempt proceedings, when the Hon'ble Division Bench has seized off the matter. However, if the petitioner is of the view that the disobedience continues even after the decision of the Division Bench, it is open to him to exercise his rights in accordance with law.
4. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed. 13.10.2022 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No hvk 2/4
