This Criminal Original Petition is filed challenging the docket order of the Judicial Magistrate, Dharapuram returning the complaint filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., on the ground that the petitioner has not complied the mandatory requirement of the Statute prescribed under Section 154(1) Cr.P.C.
