This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register an FIR on the complaint dated 27.05.2015 and proceed as per law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner to the respondent Police by post, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent. Hence, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V. Government of Uttarpradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC1.
