This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 28.7.2015 before the respondent and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 28.07.2015 by post . The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
