(The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.03.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 427, 392, 397, 336 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.155 of 2021. He seeks bail.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that the case on hand is a put up case. However, I am not in a position to probe the matter.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would point out that the petitioner has already been detained as Goondas and that the order has already been served. Hence, nothing survives for consideration for the present.
