Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.11050 of 2018 dated 28.04.2018, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called, an affidavit has been filed by Mr.P.Sailendran, the then Tahsildar, Perambur Taluk, Perambur explaining the delay in not complying with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the order of this Court dated 28.4.2018. Mr.P.Sailendran,

Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent tendering an unconditional apology for taking undue time in complying with the order stated that as the patta has already been issued to the petitioner, there will be no any grievance for the petitioner., therefore, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

Accepting the Reply Affidavit filed by Mr.P.Sailendran, the then Tahsildar, Perambur Taluk for not complying with the order of this Court in time since the same is reasonable and the fact that the order has now been complied with by his Successor, the present Contempt Petition is closed and the presence of Mr.P.Sailendran, Tahsildar before this Court is dispensed with.
