Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records in G.O.Ms.No.295 Industries (MMC-1) Department dated 03.11.2021 on the file of the 1st respondent herein and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent herein to accept the Terms of Reference submitted by petitioner vide Proposal No.

SIA/TN/MIN/60870/2021 dated 17.02.2021 for Atthipadi Village Rough Stone Quarry Project over an extent of 1.00.0 hectares situated in S.F. No.45/2C (P6), Athipadi Village, Thiruvannamalai Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District for a period of 5 years for the proposed production capacity of about 1,40,156 M3 of rough stone and 10,414 M3 of Topsoil and the lease area is categorized as Government Poromboke Land located at S.F.No.45/2C enabling petitioner to quarry rough stone, transport and market the same to the petitioner. (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner, by letter dated 30.07.2024, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition.

2. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.11717 of 2022 is also dismissed.
