..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the order passed in Na.Ka.No.06/2026 passed by the 2nd respondent dated 06.03.2026 and to quash the same as being arbitrary, illegal violative of the principles of natural justice.

Mr.T.Arunkumar, Addl. Govt. Pleader ****** Order (Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Office letter issued by the Special Officer, Madathukulam Taluk, Myvadi Panchayat dated 06.03.2026 is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the Authorities conducted survey, identified encroachments and thereafter issued the impugned notice.

3. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his explanation along with documents, if any, to the Authorities in response to the letter dated 06.03.2026. On receipt of any such explanation, the Executive Officer shall consider the same, pass final orders and thereafter proceed with the enforcement action, if any encroachment is identified. The said exercise is directed to be completed within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
