ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that MCOP.No.259 of 2012 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal No.II, Kancheepuram has been dismissed for default and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer petition in Tr.CMP.No.371 of 2017, with liberty to file a fresh transfer petition before this Court, if the said MCOP was restored to file, and he also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the endorsement made, the transfer petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh transfer petition before this Court, if the said MCOP is restored to file.
