ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to conduct further investigation and include all the offence committed by the accused in Cr.No.205 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police to considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on getting instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that already the investigation in Cr.No.205 of 2024 has been completed and filed a referred charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Dharmapuri. He further submitted that the referred charge sheet was also served to the petitioner Hence, this petition may be liable to be dismissed.

3. In view of the above, the direction sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 03.04.2025 Vv To
