ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to cancel patta No.20 standing in the name of the third respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that the third respondent has illegally obtained patta No.20 in his favour for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition to substantiate his case that patta No.20 has been issued illegally in favour of the third respondent. The petitioner had given a representation on 18.11.2025 to the official respondents seeking for cancellation of patta No.20 standing in the name of the third respondent. Since the same has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the official respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 18.11.2025 seeking for cancellation of patta No.20 standing in the name of the third respondent for the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and also any other third party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. 07-04-2026
