(CRIME NO.14 OF 2022) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to (i) RELAX the bail condition Imposed that the petitioner is directed to stay at Salem District and report before Fairland Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP. No.6189 of 2022 order dated 01.04.2022 and thus render justice.
[CRL.M.P.No.6127/2022] (ii) RELAX the bail condition imposed that the petitioners are directed to stay at Erode District and report before Pallipalayam Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP. No.6152 of 2022 order dated 01.04.2022 and thus render justice. [CRL.M.P.No.6133/2022]
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent [IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.Nos. 6189 & 6152 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation substantially completed and the petitioners are complying the condition.
3. Recording the same, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.Nos. 6189 & 6152 of 2022 dated 01.04.2022 are relaxed and the petitions are ordered accordingly. The petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders instead of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6152 of 2022 was directed to stay at Salem District and report before the Fairland police daily at 10.30 a.m and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6189 was directed to stay at Erode District and report before Pallipalayam police daily at 10.30 a.m.
