Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.280/2021 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to pass an order exempting the petitioner from surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate-4 , Salem for serving sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner by order dated 12.05.2017 passed in C.C.No.259/2010 by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate-4, Salem as confirmed by the Hon'ble IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem by order dated 31.03.2021 passed in C.A.No.58/2017, pending disposal of te above Crl.R.C.No.280/2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.RC.No.280/2021 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.RAMACHANDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.V.SARADHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Pass an order exempting the petitioner from surrendering before the Judicial Magistrate-4, Salem for serving sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner by order dated 12.05.2017 passed in C.C.No.259/2010 by the Hon'ble Judicial Magistrate-4, Salem as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

confirmed by the Hon'ble IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Salem by order dated 31.03.2021 passed in C.A.No.58/2017, be and hereby is exempted.
