Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the bail condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders in Crl.OP.3593/2022 order dated 22.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S W.CAMYLES GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.3593 of 2022 dated 22.02.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the anticipatory bail is relaxed in toto.
