ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to execute the Bailable Warrant dated 30.12.2025 issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate FTC III, Saidapet in S.T.C.No. 6490/2025 against the 4th respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for R1 to R3 submits that the Bailable Warrant dated 30.12.2025 issued against the fourth respondent has already been executed and hence, no further order is required in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed.
