Nos.27, 26, 29, 32 & 26 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Alandur on such terms and conditions that may be imposed by this Hon'ble Court, respectively. [CRL.MP.NOs.5699, 5700, 5701, 5702 & 5703/2021] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.KARUNANITHI, Advocate for the Petitioner [IN ALL THE PETITIONS] the court made the following order:- These miscellaneous petitions have been taken out seeking extension of time.

2. The petitioner was directed to deposit a certain sum of money while granting suspension of sentence. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of the prevalence of COVID-19, he was unable to mobilize the funds.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons set out in the petitions for extension of time. The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, states that within a period of three more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the petitioner would comply with the original conditions.

4. Recording the said undertaking, the time is extended by three more weeks. Accordingly, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed on these terms.
