Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner representation dated 21.11.2021 and to cancel the fraudulently registered Settlement deed Document No.6697 of 2015 dated 13.07.2015 done by the respondents 3 to 5 before the 2nd respondent office insofar as comprised in Survey No.306/42 situated in Sivaraj 3rd Street, Puzal, Chennai - 600 066 within the time framed by this Court.
