ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.460 of 2024 dated 30.05.2024 on the file of the Respondent Police under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 506(2) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.460 of 2024 and a final report was also filed on 09.11.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kancheepuram.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
