This petition has been filed to to direct the respondent to register FIR on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 09.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has given a representation dated 09.06.2016 by post to the Superintendent of Police, Tiruppur. It is alleged by the petitioner that some persons are watching his movement and he is in fear.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to go in-person and give a fresh representation to the Inspector of Police, Tharapuram Police Station, Tiruppur District and on such representation being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
