O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.06.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.J.Justin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is residing in a Flat system by name Exchequers Court and that he is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

having some dispute with the office bearers of the Residents Association. The petitioner has made sweeping allegations of racial discrimination against the office bearers.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the dispute is with regard to conduct of Yoga in the open terrace and nothing else. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondents police to register an FIR.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
