This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash Crime No.1394 of 2017 on the file of V 5 Tirumangalam Police Station, Tirumangalam, Chennai, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 506 (i) of the Indian Penal Code.

Heard Mr.M.Dhivakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent and Mr.B.Sanjay Balachandar, learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that final report has been taken on file and summons also issued.
