When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that after filing of this writ petition, the petitioner sold the property and he is not interested to pursue the matter and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
