ORDER

The petitioner worked as B.T.Assistant and on attaining the age of superannuation, retired on 31.1.2014. The petitioner was not paid the retirement benefits presumably on the ground that the genuineness of the community certificate is yet to be verified. The petitioner now seeks a direction to the respondents to disburse the retirement benefits.

There is nothing on record to show that the petitioner submitted a representation before filing this writ petition. 3.The petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the first respondent. In case any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the first respondent on merits and as per law.
