ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.3949 of 2017 dated 17.02.2017.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the order which is the subject matter of contempt, has
been complied with by the respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1090/2012/A dated 27.07.2018. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to make challenge of the said order.
3.The Court heard the submissions of Mrs.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
4.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt petition is closed however, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order passed by the respondent before the competent forum, in accordance with law.
