CRIME NO.408 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner report before the Vikiramangalam Police station every tuesday and sunday at 10.30.a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.25334/2021 dated 23.12.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SOUNDHARARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25334 of 2021 on 23.12.2021.
