ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 09.02.2023 in W.P.No.2022 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, on behalf of the respondent bank, a communication dated 02.02.2026 was circulated, wherein the amounts payable to the workmen have been sanctioned. It is further stated that already the amounts have already been disbursed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the contempt petitioner would submit that he has to get instructions from his client.

4. Since the order of the bank has been placed on record, the contempt petition is closed. If at all the compliance is incorrect, it will be open for the learned counsel for the petitioner to revive the contempt petitioner.
