ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register an FIR against the persons mentioned in the complaint 30.06.2016, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by Mohan, watchman of this petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.369 of 2016 on 01.07.2016 against Natarajan and Jayanthi for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506 (ii) IPC. Similarly, on the complaint lodged by Jayanthi, the respondent Police registered a case in Crime No.368 of 2016 on 01.07.2016 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii) and 109 IPC against Krishnaveni, Viji, Balaji, Mohan and Murugaiyan (petitioner herein). https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
