ORDER

Criminal Revision Case has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 13.02.2026 made in Crl.M.P.No. 1658 of 2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II at Tambaram.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tambaram, dismissed the application on the ground that the issue arises in respect of money transactions and is purely civil nature.

4. This Court had carefully gone through the reasoning given by the learned Magistrate. On perusal of the same, this Court does not find any palpable error or perversity in the said order. It is also admitted that the complaint came to be registered in furtherance of money transactions.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submitted that the scope of the revisional jurisdiction is very limited and that, unless there is palpable error, the question of interference does not arise.

6. As rightly contended by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court does not find any palpable error or perversity in the order passed by the learned Magistrate.
