2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that already statutory bail has been granted to the petitioner herein.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.
