ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention in D.O.No.18/2019-C2 dated 20.02.2019 detaining her son as "Black Marketeer", as contemplated under the provisions of Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980 (Act 7 of 1980).

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.70 Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection (E1) Department, dated 29.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
