In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn, directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this order would stand cancelled automatically without further reference https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
