CRIME NO.11/2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition clause (c) the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police onevery Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Bail order dated 24.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No. 1457 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.RAGHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.1457 of 2022 dated 24.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
