C.M.P.No.9305 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 129 days in representing the above said appeal.

2.C.M.P.No.9311 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 194 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.3,000/- in the above said appeal.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 129 & 194 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five Hundred only) to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001.
