This application has been filed to amend the plaint by incorporating schedule E, F and G properties which are more particularly detailed in the Judge's summons as Plaint Schedule E, F and G properties.

3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this Application and also the fact that the entire dispute has been settled between the plaintiff, 1st defendant and 2nd defendant which includes other properties that is left out in the suit, this amendment application is ordered as prayed for 4.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant/ plaintiff is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the plaint.
