ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act in Crime No.32 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were in possession of banned tobacco products weighing 250 grams. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioners would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners were in possession of banned tobacco products weighing 250 grams. He would further submit that earlier for some of the co-accused this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application and the petitioners have suppressed the said fact in the present anticipatory bail application. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and earlier for some of the co-accused this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
