O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.08.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard Mr.S.Arumugam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the petitioner is claiming the commission from the landlord for getting tenant. In order to give a criminal colour, the petitioner had stated that the opposite party criminally intimidated him. The dispute essentially appears to be civil in nature. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the respondents police to register an FIR.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
