Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the Condition that to deposit of Rs.25 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.08 of 2021 in terms of Anticipatory Bail granted in Crl.OP.No.4670 of 2021 Dated 22.03.21.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MF.SHABANA, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.J.C.Durairaj, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- [This matter has been heard through video conference] This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditoin imposed on the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,00,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned to the credit of case in Crime No.8 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending modification petition, the petitioner committed suicide and therefore, nothing survives in the petition for further adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.
