The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondent police to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 12.07.2014 (CSR No.08/V4PS/2014).

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.676 of 2015 for offence under Sections 420 and 506(ii) of IPC.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed.
