Respondents Prayer : Original Application No.1541 of 2003 filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, on abolition, transferred to the file of this Court and renumbered as Writ Petition No.9508 of 2007, seeking for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent fixing the seniority of Office Assistants in R.C.No.5607/2001/A1, dated 01.04.2003 and quash the same to the extent it places the applicant (Sl.No.50) below S.Ramesh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Sl.No.40) and direct the first respondent to place the applicant above S.Ramesh and below N.S.Syed Habib, i.e. in between Sl.Nos.39 and 40 as Serial No.39-A.
