This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to investigate the case in crime No.1377 of 2015 in order to punish the offenders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that one Ashok who was taking treatment in Pioneer Rehabilitation Centre in Red Hills died on 29.04.2015, in respect of which, the respondent police have registered a case in crime No.1377 of 2015 under Section 174 Cr.P.C and that investigation is on.

4. Under such circumstances, the directions as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. The respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and give a copy of the final report to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedies in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
