A.Nos.2065 and 2067 of 2024 in C.S.No.216 of 2019 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J Both these applications have been filed to amend the date of the preliminary decree which had been wrongly given as 15.12.2023 and to correct the date as 14.12.2023 both in A.No.1612 of 2024, which is an application seeking to pass final decree and in A.No.1613 of 2024, which is an application to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.

Since the error in giving the date is only a typographical error, both the applications are allowed.
