When the matter is taken up for hearing today, after advancing arguments, learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a protest petition before the concerned magistrate against the closure report filed by the respondent police. Based on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the present petitioner to file a protest petition. No costs.
