This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.927 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 in Crime No.152 of 2024, on the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
