ORDER

The wife has come before this Court seeking to transfer H.M.O.P. No.389 of 2014, filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights on the file of Family Court, Salem to the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram, to be tried along with H.M.O.P. No.99 of 2014, filed by the petitioner on the file of Sub Court, Dharapuram. 2.Both parties appeared before this Court. In spite of persuasion, there is no compromise between the parties. 3.Taking into consideration the distance between Salem and Dharapuram, it is appropriate to transfer both the cases to the file of Sub Court, Sangagiri in the interest of justice as well as considering the convenience of both parties. Both the matters are directed to be tried together and to be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

4.The petition is ordered accordingly. However, there is no order as to costs.
