W.L.OR.No.01 of 2020 PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to extend the time granted by this Court by another two weeks in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.6288 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6288 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 to execute sureties and to comply with the conditions. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6288 of 2020 dated 18.03.2020 with some conditions. Due to the Corona Pandemic situation, the petitioner could not comply with the conditions within stipulated period.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
